Ways we can work together

Strategic comms and engagement

Strategic advisory retainer

$10,000 to $20,000 AUD per quarter.

Ongoing strategic support for your leadership team, tailored to your specific context, goals, and challenges.

The strategic advisory retainer has all the same benefits as leadership consults, with additional continuous support designed to keep your team’s alignment and momentum building over time.

The retainer is customised to your team’s specific needs and can include regular leadership consults for deep dives, ongoing phone and instant messenger support for quick questions and advice, and quarterly workshops to review progress and plan for the quarter ahead.

Please note: strategic advisory retainers are only available to clients who have already undertaken at least two or three leadership consults.

This kind of retainer can be especially helpful when:

  • Your team recognises the importance of comms/engagement but struggles to find time for it: Regular sessions for big-picture thinking can help your team build momentum and ensure that this important work isn’t buried by “BAU.”

  • Your leadership team isn’t always on the same page: Benefit from a facilitator who creates a safe space to share, helps synthesise everyone’s diverse opinions, and builds team alignment and a common agenda.

  • You need ongoing expert guidance to navigate complex challenges: Continuous support ensures that you have expert advice readily available to address emerging issues and adapt strategies as needed.

  • Your organisation is undergoing significant change or growth: Regular strategic consultations can help manage transitions effectively, align your team with new goals, and maintain stability during periods of change.

  • You want to ensure consistent progress and accountability: Ongoing support helps track milestones, hold team members accountable, and keep your projects on course towards achieving your strategic objectives.

  • You need to navigate regular high-stakes engagements with funders, partners, and other key stakeholders: Frequent access to strategic advice ensures your team is always prepared for crucial meetings, presentations, or negotiations with key stakeholders.
